Richard and his team never failed to impress me. My rescue cat Moo has chronic conditions which means many trips to the vet within the past year. Richard has always taken the time to ensure Moos best interest is put first and the ongoing plan is always a discussion. Anyone who attends Richards practice will see his passion and care for all animals. I have been taking my 6 month old dog Betty to see Richard at Goddard Veterinary group in gidea park every month for puppy checkups. Richard is brilliant and so are the nurses. There is a real village vet feel where I have instantly felt like Richard knows my Cavapoo from the off and settled any nerves my dog or the family had owning our first pet. I started using goddard vets two weeks ago with my dog charlie who suffers with severe eczema we meet the vet Richard I have never neet anyone so passionate and professional about his job Richard made you feel very at ease the staff we're very professional and friendly the practice is run very efficient Charlie has been suffering for eight years Richard new what the problem was and treated charlie. I’ve been using Goddards at Gidea Park for years and it is so reassuring that I always see the same Vet - Richard. He knows my cats well as he always sees them. This morning I called as I’m really worried about one who has been off her food since Monday and she was particularly ’out of sorts’ yesterday.
