Lisa is wonderful. Every time I come here I feel blissfully relaxed, and when I leave my body feels in much better condition thanks to the cupping and massage treatment Lisa provides. Very grateful to have found her, and would highly recommend!
Very professional and relaxed atmosphere wih treatments tailored to your specific requirements. I have been several time for massage treatments and the LED light therapy. Alot of improvement with both therapies and would highly recommend x
When you step through the studio doors you leave the hustle and bustle (and the real world) behind. You are wrapped in a feeling of comfort and tranquility. It makes me think of stepping through the wardrobe and finding Narnia (only much warmer/without the snow!) This feeling is enhanced by the wonderful Mardava yoga class with Rhi (Fluid Fox). So, if you want to find some peace (and have the best night’s sleep) I thoroughly recommend.
This is a great facility in a super setting. Fabulous therapeutic massage plus needling and dry cupping for particularly problematic areas. I'm sure Lisa does wonderfully relaxing general massage too. Highly recommended!
Great massage and cupping!! Lisa is always very knowledgeable, professional, so personable and skilled at what she does….I also have face needling which I highly recommend.
