Had it been in my control, I wouldn't have given them even half a star .Unprofessional people, Especially Hashim, I work for him. Did a lot of designs neither he pay the outstanding invoice and not even pick up the call. I tried to contact him many times but the result was only disappointment. This is extremely unacceptable. Consider this as a last chance and pay the invoice asap !!!
Shocking experience. They still have MY ITEM of clothing, which was paid for embroidery, plus still have my money for another t-shirt purchase. Since 8 weeks ago, no items and no refund as promised for not being able to fulfil the order. Poor email and phone communication. Poor interest on customers and also they moved facilities elsewhere and made me travel to a closed shop for nothing. Customer service prefers to make responsible members of staff on holiday.
