Adminstrative work has been handled in a very professional and efficient manner by staff in Hong Kong (Yuki) and staff in the UK (Andrew and Kelly). They have been very helpful and have given very good advice on various procedures. Although our boxes have been kept in the storage for over a year, when they arrived, we found that they were in very good condition. The delivery people were very polite and had done their work really well. In short, I am very satisfied with the service of this company.
