In the midst of September 2025, my wife appointed Go Group to ship household goods by FCL from Toronto of Canada to London of Uk. The service quality at Uk side was poor. Go Group subcontracted its mover service to an unknown mover company which used a flatbed skateboard to download goods from Uk port to lorry and from lorry to our UK home. The base of one glass cabinet was seriously broken. One desk with damaged with a large hole in the middle of it. The movers caused damage of sratches on our floor.
