Disorganised, rude and careless! They only care until the contract is signed. Prepare to be severely mistreated after! That is what you get by renting from such a terrible company. And of course, no compensation for blatant harassment! Do not rent from them.
*DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AT ALL* Had a SERIOUS safety issue. 1 week into my new lease, I come home to see my door is unlocked and there are foreign objects inside my flat (incl. a random set of keys to my flat). I was beyond TERRIFIED as I was not informed of anyone visiting my apartment. The agency was not reachable at all. When they finally got back to me, they said they gave out my keys WITHOUT my consent to a contractor and they left the door unlocked. Great landlords! Lived in a GMS building for 5 years and they are always helpful and responsive.
Having had my fair share of nightmare landlords and estate agents. GMS are hands down the best landlords / rental management company I have ever dealt with, very friendly, informative, honest. They were very quick to sort out issues in the flat. A very good team of people which is super rare to find in London especially in Central ! Would 100% recommend 👌
