Just wanted to leave a review for Glynn... Called this morning regarding ABS sensor fault. Spoke to Glynn and he was super helpful and I felt he had a bit of time to help me. Advised me that my problem was probably the ABS reluctor ring as he had just done one. Told me that he was quite busy and it was a fairly simple job for any good mechanic to carry out and it didn't require specialist diagnostics... As is usually the case with Mercedes. Excellent service from Glynn! Our car developed a fault 250 miles from home. With all the knowledge and expertise of a highly skilled mechanic: Glynn talked us through the issue over the phone, we took the car to him, he looked it over, solved the problem and refused to accept payment! If only we lived closer... Very grateful for this kindness.
What a chap! Glynn is not only a top man but he's a brilliant mechanic. Visiting the Lakes and had a nonsense warning flash up for AdBlu. Phoned Glynn and he said that it could be one of three faults with the system but he'd take a look for 70 quid. Pitched up and he ran the system test. Gave me advice and refused to take a penny. His advice was spot on and sorted the problem. Thoroughly recopmmend.
If I could give Glynn more stars, I would! He's hands down the best mechanic I've ever taken my car to. If you own a Mercedes, there's no one better in Cumbria – highly recommended
