Referral via hospital. Optometrist was lovely 10/10- which is why they even get any stars. He was great from start to finish thorough professional kind and sensitive. Unfortunately the staff downstairs let the place down. There were many of them all over the place behind the counter chatting away and all around the shop floor, but as soon as I need some help everyone has gone off to have lunch at 3pm. After experiencing Red Eye I was advised needed to see an optician asap after looking for an emergency optician I had an appointment 3 hrs later at Glyn Jones and I must say WOW from the time I walked in to walking out was 45 mins including all the tests, the staff were very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend

They have now decided a new policy for contact lens people it's called a care package at £10,50 month or £126 a year and they will not dispense your contact lens unless u join tell u that after £40 for test not going there again after 40 years
