Don't even think you'll get an appointment. Only to be met by gatekeeping receptionist. I should bill them for the amount of time I've been on hold, I dont think there are even doctors here. Seriously find a new GP. The partners need a head shake if they think this is how a practice is run. Btw they've removed the repeat prescription line. Which worked and was simple. Now you have to either go online (OK if you're technically able) or do you dare go in person (if you are medically able of course) and face the receptionist yo... read more

Back and forth by phone since Monday, which was a frustrating nightmare. Worst though was waiting in phone queue 1 hour 15 minutes, only to be told I couldn't have waited that long because been closed 12.30 - 2pm. Phones still on though....and not the only person because the queue was moving albeit extremely slowly. Finally got an emergency prescription now going to chemist. Thank you Cathy.

Doctors are friendly, Except that they basically do nothing about ur problem and tell you to go to a private clinic or wait untill it gets “worse” or if it changes, I’ve heard stories abt this gp and they were not good. The reception staff always are nice and friendly, but it’s so hard to book an appointment or they tell you that they can’t do anything about it, The only source they give is medication which doesn’t even work??

Yet again can't get an appointment for love or money ..been trying for a month now. Phone at 8am nothing. Phone at 4pm when appointments are released. Still nothing. Took me 45mins to get through to them on my day off. Dont have that long when working as my break is only 30mins. Crazy. Loved to know why I can't pre book a telephone call
