So…I went to register in this surgery, and I spoke to a nurse. She was so patronising and all what she did was listing the medications that “DR” Lai DOESN’T want to prescribe. Very “warm” welcome for new patients. The most ridiculous part was when she actually told me that “DR” doesn’t accept digital patience records?! They are basically saying that they don’t want to transfer the records from my previous GP because they are digital?! Are we in 21st century or where are we?!

Rude doctor and receptionist, I have never been so poorly treated at a GP surgery. Refused to treat a condition which I now take two medicines for. He made me buy an expensive vaccine privately, my new surgery gave it to me for free. He even shouted at me on one occasion and opened the door for me to leave, so unprofessional. My new surgery is like heaven compared to this place.
