What can I say? I was in love. This is the type of place you go to when you're in the mood for an upscal-er meal. Like when you want to go on a first date with someone that you don't think would be impressed by Crap in the Box. The lighting is right on. Not too dark, but dark enough that with just one drink anyone is worth a trip back home.

Service and food were great! – Today I got my Groupon on ($20 for $40 worth of food) at Globe. Everything from the food to the service was great. They start out serving a plate with two different breads and butter. The really salty focaccia bread was my favorite. For an appetizer, I ordered the smoked salmon and crème fraiche. Simply Amazing – After viewing a few blogs at first on citysearch, after a strong recommendation from a dear friend of mine who works in the restaurant industry, I was afraid to try Globe.
