Customer service is very poor .. I ordered pair of shoes gets lost in transit and still not refunded..really would not recommend to any one ordering from outside USA ..
Be more accurate in your description. Don’t sell good condition clubs as Certified Preowned condition clubs
Bought New M5 Driver and used it about 10 times, something broke on the inside, send photos and explain what happened, they told me it was was covered and send them it back to receive a replacement, once they received it they changed their mind and send me the broking once back, Horrible service, do not buy anything from this company, I'm out 500$, buyer beware!!stay away!!
RecommendedGG Is a very pleasant company to do business with.They have everything you want at great prices and even take trades and give fair prices, but their customer service is the best. They are smart, polite, but most importantly understanding. I've had 2 instances where they could have told me" To bad" , but both times resolved the problem quickly and pleasantly...Its really nice to deal with professional customer service people
I've dealt with Global Golf 16 times, from gloves, to shoes, to an iron set, to a hybrid, fairway woods, golf bag and hats. Never have had a disappointing experience!!!!

Clubs came quick and in great shape
this company is deceitful. they give you the run around and you pay to get your clubs in early and it's taking longer so now they won't be in for what I wanted them in for. company is a joke and I will be contacting the CEO Ed Byman or someone higher up. the managers there said they understood where I was coming from tho 🙄🤔
Got my clubs that I ordered today. Everything looks great and they came in a timely manner.
