GlobalGolf.com certified pre-owned product is far behind their committed conditions, and their customer service is really terrible bad, they always ignore you emails or messages. I also really query Taylormadegolfpreowned.com and GlobalGolf.com is a scam website.
RecommendedHave made several purchases from Global Golf on eBay. Club condition has alwsys been better than described in listing. I just received a Callawsy Big Bertha OS 4 hybrid, rated by GG as very good condition. They must have sent me the wrong club, because the one I received looks like new. Not a mark on the face, or the crown, or the sole of the club. Shaft and grip look new. I received the flub in 3 days, via FedEx. Would not hesitate buying clubs from them in the future.
Placed order on Amazon. 3 days later told the items were out of stock and wouldn't honor the original price. I guess their mistake wasn't their problem, it was mine. Will never shop with them again.

Ordered a $250 used rescue club. Shows up with a TOTALLY DIFFERENT shaft and no head cover. CS rep said the ad said no cover but they had them to sell. Really?? Then offered to send me another shaft to swap on the club at a local shop. Really. I will never buy from these clowns again.
