Global Golf UTRY Program DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-STAY AWAY!!!!! I tried the UTRY program by paying the $25 fee and received a Taylormade SIM Driver. I decided not to keep the driver and returned it well within the return period specified in the agreement. The company claimed they never received the driver and charged me the $475 balance due. The worst customer service I’ve experienced so far!!! And when you are getting expensive gadgets and equipment, you expect a top quality service!! I was pushed to cancel my purchase even when I said that I would not buy from them again because of the terrible attitude they had with me.... basically I purchased a 400 usd driver through the website in the middle of the night and realized I picked the wrong shaft. Recommendedordered a Callaway X2 3H. recieved it in 2 business days. club head had a few more scratches than I thought. but for a used club and the price it's well worth it. highly recommend this place!! can't wait to get out and try it out

Ordered a set of JPX-900 Tour Irons in “very good condition”. The heads were near perfect but the 9 iron shaft was dented in the grip. I contacted global golf and they paid for the repair to be done locally and compensated me for the inconvenience. Very good company to order from and work with if there is an issue.
Bought a Talyor Made putter at great price and received it in a record time.Very happy with purchase and delivery. Living in Ireland would not have got it at as quick.Would highly recommended and will visit again Thanks John Mullett

Terrible customer service, I have been waiting for a driver now for 2 weeks. Contacted them dozens of times and they never a replied all except they say some one was looking into it It was shipped on August 18 and now it’s August 31, they shipped it via Purolator. I figured at least they would put a trace on it Don’t purchase anything from them
I ordered a sand wedge and a Taylormade M6 Driver. Both arrived quickly in great condition. I was super happy. Took the M6 to the range a couple of times and it was perfect. The third time, the shaft broke. For no apparent reason. Wasn’t my fault, wasn’t Global Golf fault either. Wrote to Global Golf and they replied quickly offering to return the club for a full refund but I still need a driver so I took it to Golf Town for repair instead and told Global Golf about it.
