I have not received the credit for a club I returned over two weeks ago. They acknowledged they received the club and I still don't have the credit. They shipped me the wrong club.
I order a used club from them...and was informed they didnt have the club...and tried and bait and switch me to another club...when I declined they said they would cancel the order...what they didnt tell me was...they werent giving my money back..it was my job to file a cliam with paypal. BTW 17 days later and still no credit. BE CAREFUL!!
I ordered a hybrid from here. It got to me 2 weeks before it should but it came with sock on it when I ordered a head cover. I would not recommend this company.
Global Golf's Shipping is the worst available service possible. They use DHL who suck!!!!! Slowest ever. I think you could walk it to your house quicker. And customer service doesn't care how long it takes!!

Horrible Customer Care... still waiting on a shipment that was ordered 2 weeks ago... they have done nothing to help speed up the process or accommodate me for my inconvenience. To top it off they responded to my email that my order would not ship for another week.. gonna be close to a month for my order.. Save yourself the hassle and go shop elsewhere
