customer service I traded in my clubs not once did in get a call that they recieved nor was my account updated so in could see the progress I had to email them to check on progress every day and just got short sentence return emails,
RecommendedBought a couple used clubs from Global website, ended up with a couple problems, after a little back and forth they made everything right. Next order there was a small error on the cart, they fixed it right away. Great customer support, I totally trust these guys and will be buying many more clubs from there. Refreshing to buy from a vendor who provides such solid support when errors occur, five stars lads. (Y)
1/4 the price of Dick’s on a cobra rescue club that’s as good as new & their sending head cover,even add a new grip if it needs one
Awesome experience purchasing a Titleist 3 wood and utility club through the Canadian site. One was rated as "mint".....it was sealed in the original mfg packaging. The other was "very good" and looks brand new, not even a scuff on the sole. Prices and delivery were excellent. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I had an order Thursday was supposed to ship out last Friday 4/27 and didn't ship out until Tuesday 5/1. I was counting on these clubs for a round on the upcoming weekend, and they aren't coming until 5/7! I am not impressed by my first experience with Global Golf, I thought at least the shipping would get expedited to make up for the processing delay, but the only resolution I was offered was a measly 4$ shipping refund. I would skip global golf and stick with your local golf retailer. They need to work out their processing... read more

This site is outstanding. I’ve replaced some of my dated clubs with used ones off this site. The clubs I received were with very little wear at an amazing low price. 3 of the 4 even had upgraded shafts. Totally worth it and I will continue to buy from this site. Thanks for delivering what you say you will

Their online stock is not current, so save your money and spend it somewhere else. I placed an order this morning for a used wedge and paid the $25 overnight shipping fee. I received a call six hours later in which they said the club was no longer available, and they would give me a $10 credit if I chose a different club. I called them back within an hour to order a brand new version of the same club, but was told that I could no longer get the club overnight.
