Terrible first experience with Global Golf (Canada). Placed an order for a driver on Monday, August 14th, paid for express shipping expecting it would arrive by Friday, August 18th at the latest (1 business day to leave warehouse + 2 business days for express shipping, as advertised), but the item was delayed leaving the warehouse and was then sent by ground shipping. Just canceled my order. Worst customer service ever. Ordered a club because it said will ship next day. 3 days later get an email saying there's an issue and it didnt ship. Emailed and asked for an update and didn't hear back for 36 hours so I call and find out its out of stock. None of which was communicated to me. Would rather go with a company who cares about their customers
