What a joke. The “offer” for my used clubs from Global Golf was $60 for a set of high quality forged irons. The advertise the SAME irons for sale for $319!!! Now I believe in making a profit but a 432% profit? Personally I wouldn’t sell to or buy from Global Golf. The pure definition of gouging.
The used putter I ordered did not come with the weight set. Customer service twice claimed that was because it was used. I pointed out that the description was clear and suggested a refund of $20 (the price of a weight set elsewhere). They agreed and promptly refunded the $20. The putter condition was as I expected and as they had described - so no problems there. If they had made the refund offer up front (or supplied the weights), I would have rated the experience 5 stars
MY DEBIT CARD WAS HACKED ON 11/21/2017 AND USED AT GLOBALGOLF I CONTACTED THEM ON THE 22ND THEY CANCELLED ORDER BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED TOLD ME MY MONEY WOULD BE BACK ON MY CARD WITHIN 24 HOURS AS OF 11/30 NO MONEY CALLED THEM NOW I CANT GET IT FROM THEM TILL I TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS THEY ARE NO BETTER THEN THE THEIF THAT USEDMY DEBIT CARD THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY ILEAGLLY 214.95 I AM RETIRED AND DISABLED AND BEEN WITHOUT MY HEART PILLS BECAUSE I HAVE NO MONEY TO BUY THEM

Alan, we refunded the money back to your debit card in the amount of the fraudulent purchase. Please let your bank know, if you haven't already, that your card was hacked so whoever took it doesn't do this again.
Global bricked a $500 dollar order of shirts that I ordered for a company event. When I reached out to them. The only response was our fault I will cover your measly $13 in shipping. I paid for 2 day because I had a deadline. The response is well you can return them. In 2017 Almost 2018 the internet has changed how we do business. I ordered thousands of dollars worth of product from them this year. You need to understand customer service and that you will lose business now to this.
