Global Golf doesn't think the customer is important. They lie every single time. If you already bought something and it's good. That's all. Never try again. Next time you will get something wrong. Also if you get something wrong, don't try to refund or exchange. That is waste of your time. They will lie to you and keep changing person. And will ask what the issue is again and again until you give up. I tried to get my money back for 2 weeks. Finally I could talk to supervisor. Wrong description of product quality (by a country mile), sent incomplete order and unable to fulfill, and poor offer of resolution. Ended up keeping 6 of 7 club heads only, grips and shafts were absolutely trash (advertised as "very good"). Apparently, my continued business was only worth a measly $40 credit to cover rusty, pitted shafts, worn out grips and a missing #4 hybrid. Buyer beware!
