Very slow shipping. Unresponsive customer service. For any golfers who wants to wait 3 weeks for their set of club, go ahead and order from Global Golf. If not, go elsewhere.

Company has been a nightmare to work with, I have bought and sold clubs in the past and the process appeared quickier, but then again how many companies do online trade-in?... Spent an hour building out a cart, system deleted, spend another hour, system deleted, called the next day and rep said he wasn't sure but would be happy to build the order over the phone (a process that took an hour online to pick club head, shaft, lie, grip, and loft for 15 clubs). After receiving many recommendations on where to buy a used quality set of golf clubs with absolute confidence, one continued to come up and that is Global Golf. I am very happy I went with those recommendations because my clubs and experience were both outstanding! Purchased a set of Titleist AP3's, and I couldn't be happier. Clubs were in almost perfect condition and they arrived in about 5 business days even with all the issues that shipping companies are having during the pandemic. Will definitely be using them again.

If I can give ZERO stars I would !!! Placed a order online, realized immediately that it was the wrong product and called to cancel the order. Customer service confirmed it was canceled and said the money would be back in my account within 24hrs. It has been over a week now and still no money.
