I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this logistics company. My product went missing while in their possession, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the Customs. There was no accountability or even taking responsibility about it When I tried to report the issue to customer service, the situation became even worse. Great experience over the years, God bless the person that introduced GCL to us. Items are always delivered intact. It’s worthy of mention, the staff in Lagos office are incredible especially Mr Tunde, he will politely let you know the items that won’t fly. Keep being good.
