Cant say enough about the two man crew who installed our french drain and sump pump. They were extremely professional in every aspect of our project. They answered all of our questions as each stage was completed. At the end of the project they explained the whole system in detail and how it functions. Had a water problem in brand new home. Builder could not fix. Global came same day as called for an estimate and found the problem (depth of sump float switch). Fixed same day and gave thorough instructions on how op operate new equipment and how to adjust float switch level. I would surely use Global again and give them my highest recommendations.

Contacted the company looking for an estimate and suggestion on repairing a water problem in my basement. Bob, the owner, returned my phone call right away and came by the house to check out the problem. He explained everything that would be done to correct the problem and answered all my questions. Cannot say enough about the personal service this company offered. Got a call back the same day as I left a message. Came out to look within a few days and set up appointment. Bobby was genuine and not dishing out a sales pitch. The crew that came to do the work was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They left the work area clean. Very satisfied with their work. They repaired a crack when we built 21 years ago that is still water free! Highly recommend them.

Bob and his team are top-notch. I have been a customer of Global Basement Waterproofing for many years. They have done major work for me at my previous home (installing a sump, french drainage system and foundation patching). They installed the sump and repaired a foundation leak at my new home.
