Bobs company is the best! He came to give us his estimate and ideas. Never once selling us something we didnt need! When they came to do the work they were efficient, polite, and left our basement cleaner then when they came!His staff are very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure speaking with them. They explained the process to us as they did it and answered all our questions always going the extra step to be sure we were taken care of!Great price, skilled workers, and excellent job! Last fall my house, which I had just bought, had water in the basement. These guys came and told me they could fix the problem with a french drain. They came last week and amazed me by the work they did. Basically tearing up a six inch trench along the wall, and replacing it with gravel and cement . It was obviously noisy for awhile but they were so CLEAN, They removed every bit of dirt and cement. When they were finished there wasn't any trace of the mess it must have been. The french drain was installed in only 2 1/2 days. Basement was exceptionally clean when they were done. Couldn't be happier!
****** and his team were a pleasure to deal with though out the entire process. From quote to work completion he answered any questions in a timely, thoughtful manner. His team did top notch work replacing my old bulkhead cover, basement windows, installing a new dryer vent and basement door. They even built me new stairs and sealed up a small exterior wall where some vinyl siding had come off. I'd happily recommend them to family and friends for any basement needs.
*** and his crew were recommended by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. They were prompt, professional and courteous. We've had no further water in the basement since they put in a new pump and dehumidification system. I would definitely use them again.
