The job went extremely well. The entire crew was professional and timely. Bobby gave me a recommendation and estimate to solve my water problem. He gave me options.. and even recommended the least expensive one for my situation. He was very honest and respectful. The job site was cleaned up each day. Bob and his crew are true professionals. We've had water issues in the lower level of our raised ranch/garage side since we purchased the property a few years ago. With increasing water leaks in the basement, we contacted Global Basement Waterproofing. Bob and his crew promptly scheduled an appointment and walked us through all the steps necessary to correct the issues including the need for a sump pump which they installed. I had 3 cracks in my foundation that leaked when we have heavy rain. I would have to stay in the basement at times, to shop vac the water up constantly. I called Global Basement Waterproofing and they came to my home to fix the cracks on a day when 2+ inches of rain was forecast to start in the evening and continue into the night and the next day. I had this company waterproof my basement several years ago. I have not had a drop of water in my basement since they completed their work.There service was always professional and courteous.This weekend I had a problem with the pump that was installed a few years ago. All it took was one call and I received a call back and an appointment was made for the next day. The pump was fixed and all is well. Same courteous and efficient service wes provided.
