The technicians arrived within the scheduled time slot and introduced themselves upon entering the premises. It was determined that the sump pump in the basement needed to be replaced. Since it was under warranty, there was no problem. While he was here, one of the technicians explained the reasoning behind having an alarm system connected to the sump pump.
