Highly competent with a superb work ethic. Bob and his crew know their business and do it well. Our problems included a high cyclical pump rate with existing sump pumps, flooding window wells that allowed water to cascade into the basement, and several wall leaks. We had a French drain system, window well drains, pumps, and a new control system installed. Problem solved! Work was done in one long day for the crew, but on time and on budget. Communications were also timely. We are happy to recommend Global to others.

My basement got flooded overnight. I called other places but no one was able to help me but them. They came over the same day I called. Thanks to Jenn and Bob, we got the basement nice and dry.
