I Cannot say enough about the personal service this company offered especially *** himself. I was on the fence whether or not to do this type of a job(install a french drain) he did not pressure me. *** even counseled me while I pondered some other options. Some of those options included me going a different way than installing a french drain, meaning not hiring Global Basement. Excellent service, prompt, reliable, efficient and quality work. Repaired water issues in basement and installed a sump pump and cured problems. Also installed a window well and a new bulkhead door. The crew was very knowledgeable, skilled and professional. They cleaned up and answered all our questions along the way. *** finished in less than 2 days too! I would recommend them for any issues with your basement or if you need a new bulkhead door. *****

We hired this company after reading reviews and recommendations online. They also came recommended by a few neighbors that had used them in the past. We wanted a local and family owned business. Global Basement did such a fantastic job replacing our bulkhead. They are so meticulous and professional. We got a few quotes from other companies and by far, Global had the best price. Robert Matias was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done before and after the installation.
