People working in the GBS back office on Jupp Road West routinely opening their back door and smoking on the street, then litter the area with the butts as well. Terrible neighbours, we live in the building you’re smoking next to. Thousands of cigarette butts on the floor outside the main door still, and zero attempt to clean them at any point.
