I had a problem programming my garage door remote control and Gliderol not only sent me the appropriate documentation but also provided guidance to help me resolve the issue. The staff were very friendly and immensely helpful. Thank you Gliderol !

My 25+ year old Garage door recently started to misbehave and I contacted Gliderol and spoke with Lee in technical. He explained in detail what my problem probably was in a very open fashion. Companies which will do this are becoming more rare and I was very pleased with my interaction. Supporting a product this old I found very refreshing. Lee is a great ambassador for Gliderol but I also found that I dealt with two other people and both were professional and polite. Another great feather in Gliderols cap.

Review update Had the installer back who made the holes for the locking bar larger which intern has made it a lot easier to lock. Still has a technique to do so, but I’m a lot happier. - have added another star! Had a non electric Gliderol roller door fitted recently. I like the look of it but now regret going for it and should have gone for a normal up and over door. Bought a manual roller door from Gliderol. I went for the mini roll as didn't have much headroom. Really pleased with it. Would recommend.

After having a problem with my roller garage door, I contacted Gliderol by email. I had a prompt response from Mr Lee Cotton, a technical expert, who talked me through how to rectify the malfunction. His expertise solved the problem 10 out of 10. Well done Lee and many thanks.
