Contacted technical dept ref. Reprogramming new door remotes. I thought my receiver was faulty and rang to check diagnosis. I was wrong and was talked through reprogramming multiple remotes against two doors. All sorted and saved me £100+ Thanks again and would highly recommend Gliderol as my doors are about 15 -18 years old and going strong.

Great service and a great product. I purchased a sectional door. Cam was very helpful when ordering ( measurements etc) . The only down side FITTING INSTRUCTIONS! are shocking .

Ordered a new controller for my garage roller door. Simple and easy. Came straightway and programed it and it worked. Fantastic.

Purchased 2 roller door replacement locks and slider bar (for 1 door, as bent after an intruder) Ask for the keys to match (had to send the order number to Donna) they then supplied me with matching keys My customer was delighted to have matching keys and the looks worked very smoothly (they struggled to lock/unlock beforehand) My only gripe would the cost of posting as I had spent £160 on parts and P&P was £20 BUT had I the parts the next day! I had a problem programming my garage door remote control and Gliderol not only sent me the appropriate documentation but also provided guidance to help me resolve the issue. The staff were very friendly and immensely helpful. Thank you Gliderol !
