Fantastic team of engineers, very helpful and friendly office staff.
I waited 2 months to get a quote for the simple works (from initial inspection to getting a quote, then another wait to get a visit date) for a simple work in the office. On top of that the customer services are very poor, I was treated very rudely and accused of lying. Also, I was charged for 1 hour of labour for the ''inspection visit'' that lasted more or less 2 minutes and was not a scheduled visit. Not recommended.
