Aren't given a vague idea when your appointment will be so you have to keep the whole day and risk being on the loo or something the moment they call! Or just not do anything! Dr let it ring about twice then hung up couldnt get to it. Despite just being in the nxt room. Thoughtless.
Beacon Medical: Keeping A&E busy! Unless your a quick easy fix that they can get them paid well for, don't waste your time with the Beacon Medical Group. Will not read your econsults properly, thinking a tablet that makes you drowsy (as a side effect) will stop you waking up several times a night! Will not even see my young daughter despite multiple emails and 2 formal complaints! -AVOID- if you actually want your concerns taken seriously
