Somewhat ignorant counter staff, impossible to get an appointment and the most unprofessional and unhelpful social worker I have had the misfortune of dealing with. You wouldn't need to be suicidal anyway.

After being with this medical practice since birth, i was removed from their system without any notification and was only informed after calling to book an appointment. their phone system is very poor. the receptionist is very cheeky and quite unhelpful. talking over with information that she was guessing was relevant to my query. It wasn't, which lengthened the phone call because i has to explain my situation multiple times in between being interrupted. Now to be able to register as a patient i have to book 2 separate times... read more
