Used these privately and also had deliveries from companies when pallets are used. Must be a great company to work for, as all the staff ive encountered are spot on! Friendly and very helpful, always ask where you want the pallets and nothing is too much trouble, even after they have encountered problems getting to you, because of obstructions caused by cars parked awkwardly. Very Unprofessional and Rude Staff I had a very unpleasant experience with the lady in the office. She was extremely rude and lacked any professional courtesy. While I was discussing the delivery with a colleague, she started shouting at us for no reason at all. Her behavior was completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. I strongly urge the management to provide proper training to their staff on how to treat customers with respect. Absolutely disgusting behavior — not what you expect from any business.

All the Newcastle drivers are good and friendly, but Dale, in particular, stands out, patient, easy going and pleasant to talk to, and had some good laughs with him with over the years. Nothing is too much for him.
