Absolutely diabolical customer service.Send wrong chairs,take ages to collect them and STILL no replacements
Product is pooor quality and customer service is terrible. Go round in circles and no replies to emails.
Bought 2 dog beds through Debenhams website on 15th Feb - only 1 was delivered by Glendale Garden and Leisure - and 2 weeks later after much tooing and froing, Debenhams issued a refund as they received no response from Glendale Garden & Leisure about my missing dog bed. It is 8th March now and I'm still waiting for my refund which I've been told should arrive in another weeks time. Very poor service, and the slowest refund ever!
