On two occasions at Glenbourne, I was transitioning from long, intensive treatments in different hospitals, and change is so hard. I’ve been admitted here a few times for psychosis, transferring from CAMHS, and after an attempt on my life. During two of those admissions, there was one staff member who was especially lovely and took the time to support me. She did a puzzle with me when I was first admitted, which made me feel safe. When I was writing on the walls out of distress, she didn’t tell me off but instead encouraged me to draw flowers instead (she even said not to tell management, haha). Would like to make a formal complaint about Karen Sanders & the appalling way in which she spoke to me this morning. My Mum has been sectioned several times in the last few months she is very unwell & this is having a devastating effect on me, I am looking for her. I have had no phone call from you or received a letter that I am LEGALLY OBLIGED to receive. The last I heard was she was taken to a safe place.
