We purchased the second cars from Glen Toyota yesterday and I have a great experience with Dwayne the Sales Consultant. This was my first time at the new service center for regular service on my car. The people were so courtesy from the tech who took my car t to Nicole who checked me in to the person who took my payment. They were very friendly. The new waiting area is open with coffee, and bagels the day I went. Newspapers are available and a large Tv there to pass the time. It was a welcome surprised that my car was washed and vacuumed. Great job! I'll be back for all my needs.
Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle which had a bad spare tire, no floor mats, missing lug nuts, valve caps and brake pads in terrible condition. Dealer does not return multiple phone calls
Great experience at the new service center. Even though this was my first time having to use the service center for a recall on my car, service was quick and painless. I chose to stay and wait for my car since it would only take about 2 hours, it only took 1.5 hours to replace, watched some TV and had a latte while I waited. Car came out fixed and freshly cleaned.
