RecommendedTheir service department is first rate. Bill has been great handling our service many times.
Absolutely horrible service department. I was their customer, but will never come back again after today. Manager was screaming at me, and told me: "Pay your bill and get out of here and never come back again!!!!!!" This is ridiculous!!!!!!!

Although the service department did everything asked of them things did not go as smoothly as I would have liked. At check in I presented a coupon for the work I wanted done. At checkout the coupon was not honored. I pointed this out and it was honored but the invoice had to be redone. After getting into the car the “mant light” still was on. It was never reset. Technician had to come out and reset it. Although these were minor problems I am pointing them out FYI.
The service at Glen Toyota in Fair Lawn is outstanding I can trust the work that was done to my Prius. My service and recall was taken care of in two hours.

they could have been courteous when I tried to talk to them about a simple issue-not a hard thing. Simple question quickly escalated into me never coming back.
