Wanted to Thank Glen Toyota for steering me off from buying a 2017 Highlander and into buying a 2017 Honda Pilot at Paramus Honda. Sales person showed no interest in my business and pretty much made me and my family feel uncomfortable for the 10 minutes We where there. Thank you love the Honda !

What a great experience this morning! I was in and out in an hour, and I liked being able to see on the video screen exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I don't think there's anything they can improve their service! Phenomenal job and great cappuccino too! Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

Worst ever, go to East Coast Toyota. I had 7 a.m appt. for a 4 hour job that took over 9 hours. No one let me know, I text them using their service and NO ONE returned my text, absolutely awful customer service, except for Nicole.

Bought a certified pre-owned car here... took way too long to process the paper work. This dealership is really disorganized and no one seems to know what they are doing.Be sure to negotiate a full tank of gas... lot's of dealers offer this for free with certified pre-owned purchases but not this place... got the car handed over on empty. I'd recommend going anywhere but here. Don't know anything about the service side. Hopefully they are better but I won't be finding out... anywhere but this place!
