I am having the worst experience ever two months after my purchase my vehicle has no tags the sales manager John Kraiza doesn’t return my call , I wonder if they sold me a car with title issues, I don’t know how the get good reviews with so terrible customer service

RecommendedGreat place because of bill james, sales man. Service department is ok not great. they try to force stuff on you to buy stuff you dont need.
I had the worst experience. Put a deposit down on a car we liked. They sold it to someone else without even giving us the courtesy of a call. On top of it all, the sales manager Genaro Rosario defended his illegal action and instead of an apology he pointed the finger at everyone else. I will never do business with them again. Beware!
RecommendedI went here yesterday and had the greatest experience. I spoke with Javier Flores and he made me feel so comfortable. He let me know all of my options and made sure i got the best deal i could and found me my perfect car! I went in there with a small budget and didnt think i was going to be able to make it work for what i wanted but Javier and Mike the financial manager made it happen for me! I couldnt be more thrilled! Will definitely be coming here from now on and my family will to!

I went there for the three day event offering $2000 above blue book on trade in . They offered me $7000 less than the the NADA Guide suggested value . They also could not give me the interest rate on a new or used vehicle. When NADA puts the average trade in value at $16,250 and Glen offers you $8,500-$9,000 with the $2,000 incentive included . You have to wonder where the integrity is ! I will send a copy to the better business bureau .
