I give 10 stars for your excellent customer service. In November 2014, I visited Glen Toyota asking for an estimate to fix my Tacoma 4X4 in the middle of the Winter, and Jason Forkins, assistant service manager checked my truck and he found out that my frame was damaged, and he mentioned that Toyota had a recall about it. He estimated that Toyota will take about 2 months to approve a frame replacement. Exactly 2 weeks ago, i was contacted again, and it took them a week to replace my frame. Bad service 3 hours for oil change
Have been trying to get Marc Coleman to call us back. My parents had a terrible experience buying their 4th RAV from here and then when my mom went to get her plates put on the technician dented and scratched the hood when he decided it would be a good idea to put a screwdriver on the hood which fell and caused the dent and scratch. You need to reimburse for the cost to fix it. Return our calls!
