Recent shipment of two boxes door to door was not satisfactory as some of the items were missing. There were particular items named to be given as gifts and they were missing. An email sent to the company but no apology or response. Since the above, I have been contacted and they have assured that necessary steps have been taken. This is the first time such thing has happened to me and hopefully the last. I will continue to use Glen Carriers and hope this is a one off incident.
Amazing Team and I have association for 8 years and everything goes smooth. Specially Nafi is awesome!! Recommended forwarding organization!!
Have been dealing with them for the last 20 years & last two occasions were the worst experience we had . Paid extra money to get their door to door service but nothing happened nearly ten days . Before we handed over our parcels checked with them & promised to deliver before the new year today is 17 th of April & still waiting for the delivery, never recommend to anyone to use them as they are absolutely useless people working in peliyagoda warehouse .
