The customer service arranged an urgent deep clean because I put the wrong date. They were very helpful and fast. The cleaner arrived within the given time period and cleaned everything to my satisfaction. 10/10, would use again.

we hired a professional cleaning for end of tenancy and all the job was poorly done… at the end we had to pay from our flat deposit another professional cleaning because they didn’t want to solve the problems, and apart from it they said that everything was alright even when we send proofs of the bad service we even found stains in the carpet that weren’t there before and they answer that it was like that… when the person I charge came didn’t even know what she was doing and ask us what she had to do… I would not recommend t... read more
