I would like to share my opinion from a different perspective. I worked here for six months, and found it to be a lovely place. The residents were well looked after and loved, and so much time and effort was put into making everything lovely for the residents. Christmas was magical and there were hand made decorations (fancy ones) everywhere. No residents were without presents. Even for the royal wedding, there were celebrations and wedding cake! The staff are very kind to the old people who stay there and they treat them with respect especially the people that visit their loved ones.
