We needed replacement glass in one of our Velux windows recently and John went the extra mile, coming to measure up accurately for the replacement, and also to obtain the Velux details from the 27-year old frame, which itself was not at all an easy task. John was so very helpful with fixing replacement windows within a 5th floor flat. Excellent quality of work, also he's such a lovely chap, very friendly and trustworthy, I would 100% recommend that you use this firm.
We had used Glazing Masters once before and because of the excellent service received we used them again for blown double glazed unit in our patio doors. Again the service from John was very efficient and friendly from contacting him, measuring up and fitting, at a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending Glazing Masters.
I needed two blown units replacing…one large pane and a smaller Velux window. I provided details against which John provided an emailed quote. I was happy with this…realistic price…so John then came round to measure up, then returned a couple of weeks later to instal both replacement units, taking away the old units for me.
