Very Professional. I like how these guys work. Certainly would recommend. Definitely go to Glass House for your London property affairs.
I have personally found glasshouse to be unprofessional in most aspects. They mistakenly charged me and the other flats in my block ground rent for years, when they were not entitled to. They claim this was a mistake, but it questions their competence. On the other hand, they did admit their mistake and will now refund us thousands of pounds.
