The owner was friendly and helpful. The workers were prompt, friendly and deligently worked until job was completed. I will highly recommend Glass City HVAC to family and friends.

Love these guys! Called a few years back for a furnace issue and from the time the young lady answered the phone to the Tech coming out- love the customer service and the humor! Furnace went out this year 2020 and after a candid review of the problem vs installing new furnace, we got a new furnace. No need to call or shop around, they earned me as a customer for life from the first visit- so No- THANK YOU for serving me! My elderly mother had Glass City repair her furnace . They found a loose wire, repaired it, and saved her hundreds of dollars. Honest & great service.

Thay tryed to sell me a new furnace when mine was only 13 years old that that installed , called Fry and it was just a quick maintenance fix. Will never use Glass city again.

It appears that when our technician arrived, your furnace was working, and that he noted the inducer was starting to go bad due to bearing noise. Because the furnace is 14 years old, he did give you the price to replace the equipment. However he did not charge you for the service call, since everything was working. Glass City began servicing my 21 year old furnace in 2007. They were so competent that o had them install a high efficiency HVAC system in 2009. They maintain it 2x per year and are reliable and competent. Now that my second furnace is 10 yrs old, I bought a maintenance plan with them. Great local family owned company!
