They were fast, efficient, and detailed. Had the best quote out of 3 by far.
They were very professional. They were finished an hour before their estimated time. When they left, if they had not shown me all the work they had done, I wouldn't have known they were there. Excellent nob on clean up. They also explained the new thermostat.

Recently had Glass City HVAC install central air in my home. From the time of getting estimate until the were done, they were very pleasant and professional. While getting estimate, I was told what to expect, the size needed when they would be out, and how long it would take. They arrived on time, went over what they would be doing, etc. Only problem they had that day was rain, but explained they would have it all done except for charging, and would be out first thing nest day, which they were. Our service guy Chris was professional, polite. It was obvious he was in charge. He was doing a good job at training a new employee. Only disappointment was they didn't level the pad the unit is set on.
