Great experience. Very professional and very fast process and the work was performed exceptionally well.
Very good, on time, cleans up when finished, answers questions that are able to understand.
The first repairman was able to quickly schedule a day and time for replacing my furnace. The servicemen arrived as scheduled, were polite, efficient and left the work area perfectly clean.
Glass City is an absolute magnificent company. I've used them twice for an emergency situation that was corrected by that evening and another time to replace my A/C. They are professional, friendly and have your best interests at heart. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing HVAC.
