Great experience. Came out quickly to check problem with old furnace. Installed a new one in a week. Explained repair costs, new furnace costs etc well. Guys arrived to install on time. Friendly, cleaned up, showed & explained everything they did etc. we used them for an air conditioning a few years ago & were happy enough to use them again now.
I would recommend these guys, they prompt, friendly, and efficient.

I purchased a new central air conditioner system from Glass city. My only complaint was that they were my 2nd bid and before I could get a 3rd I was told I had to decide by 4pm that day or I would lose the opportunity.. They were the lowest of 2 bids, but a 3rd I have gotten since is a $1000 less. The installation guys were very nice and very professional ??. They got the job done from start to finish in less than 6 hours. Thanks again
