Very satisfied with the furnace/ac system I purchased from Glass City HVAC. Received great service beginning from free estimate continuing through installation. Crew was courteous and knowledgeable. Cleaned up everything like they weren't even there. Highly recommend

I asked for quotes from four different companies for a complete HVAC system in my home.. Glass city is the only one who followed up to ask me if I had made a decision or if I had any more questions. As someone who's in sales that was a deciding factor for me. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and when I had a small issue with the thermostat a few days later they came out no questions asked and help me get it straightened out.
Their service is always impeccable. I would suggest this company to anyone in the area. You will not be disappointed.
Courteous and professional all around. The installation crew boss walked me through the installation and had my new furnace up and running in one day. And they cleaned up the work area after installation. Excellent job, gentlemen!
Great experience. Came out quickly to check problem with old furnace. Installed a new one in a week. Explained repair costs, new furnace costs etc well. Guys arrived to install on time. Friendly, cleaned up, showed & explained everything they did etc. we used them for an air conditioning a few years ago & were happy enough to use them again now.
I would recommend these guys, they prompt, friendly, and efficient.
