They did a fantastic job!! They put in a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They were fast and personable!! This is the second furnace and air they have done for me and I will definitely continue to use them in the future!!
From my 1st call to the office thru completion the experience of working with Glass City has been a perfect10. The installers were very professional and great to work with. Im very satisfied with the service from Glass City HVAC. The guys that came out to install our new furnace and AC unit were very polite and considerate while in our home. They worked fast and efficient. I am greatful for their service.
Did a great job replacing my old 1978 furnace. It was either a new furnace or a 500 dollar part that as well would fix the problem, but who knows what other issues I would have and they made that clear that I would benefit from getting a new 95 high efficiency furnace vs fixing my old 70 percent efficient one. If I'm going to spend 500 now and another few hundred later, might as well get a brand new furnace with a warranty. So yes, very happy with the install and professionalism of what they did.

Great service from all the guys who replaced our furnace and A/C! They were on time, very informative, courteous, and friendly. We were very pleased with this company and will definitely use them in the future!
