Absolutely wonderful service, I personally have never been treated this way by anyone doing work on my house. Where do I start? First, when all the other HVAC companies told me it would be weeks to even look at it, these guys were here within the hour. It is discouraging news to hear your whole furnace needs replaced but at no point did I feel that I would be left out in the cold. Was just as I was told,the gentlemen got here an right to work,had a few set backs but worked through them.Very happy with the results.
Glass City is a top notch company!! They are extremely knowledgable about their products!! They are very professional and very friendly. They are easy to approach with questions if you have any. The installers are very respectful of your property and are accurate with their project completion estimations. We had a very old furnace. I'm sure it wasn't easy just getting the old bulky thing out. But the guys did it. I didn't hear any complaints, very professional behavior. It took more time than a normal installation, but in the end, we have a furnace we can depend on.
The guys were very professional, they answered my questions & cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

This is ****** **** and we had a furnace and air conditioner done by Glass City and we had no issues whatsoever. They came, gave us an estimate explained all the options it was a decent price so we decided to have the air and the furnace replaced. They showed up on the day and the time that they were supposed to be here and they were done in fair time and they also took the time to show us how to use things so I appreciate them and it was a good experience.
