This is ****** **** and we had a furnace and air conditioner done by Glass City and we had no issues whatsoever. They came, gave us an estimate explained all the options it was a decent price so we decided to have the air and the furnace replaced. They showed up on the day and the time that they were supposed to be here and they were done in fair time and they also took the time to show us how to use things so I appreciate them and it was a good experience. From the first phone call, Perry was very courteous and helpful. The lady that assisted me with financing information was patient while helping. They were able to install my unit within 2 days. The only evidence that they were in my house was the new furnace. Wonderful job! Would recommend them, in a heartbeat.
